CrossFit Fibre

I was afraid to try CrossFit for many years as I didn’t think I could do it, but Bjorn and the team have proven everything is scaleable and all fitness levels can be catered for. I’m now the strongest/fittest I’ve ever been & have gained a truly wonderful community. Thank you Bjorn, Jess & my Fibre Fam!

I've been going to CrossFit Fibre for about a month and without a doubt was the best decision! Bjorn the owner/trainer is amazing. Definitely works you hard but gets results. The people are really nice and all encourage each other. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit.

The coaches and space mixed together create a recipe you will taste and make you think back to your grandmas cooking! Soo grateful this place exists I would recommend to anyone seeking motivation, inspiration and regaining your strength !

Awesome CrossFit box! Super friendly, and also very caring. They will get you lifting heavier in no time as the coaching is second to none, and more concentrated than I have experienced in other gyms. You don’t seem to get lost too easily and their always there to help. Very fun, easy going crew who all want to see everyone progress. Really good vibe :)

I started at Fibre as a way to deal with the niggling aches and pains of more than a decade working at a desk. I didn't think that CrossFit would be ideal for me but it's a locally owned gym and had a good vibe, so I came along to a couple of sessions on a no-obligation trial. Little did I realise that everyone scales the exercises in a form that suits their current fitness - the coaches have been fantastic at giving me options to build up to a lot of base strength without risking injuries and still complete the workouts as designed. The community has been amazingly supportive and welcoming, a fun bunch of people. And after just a couple of months it turns out that lifting olympic weights is actually a whole lot of fun, I'm noticeably stronger and losing weight (not my original goal!) and I can now do headstands no problem. Pretty cool, and glad I joined!

Great gym. Great people. Great workouts. Bjorn and Jess run the most welcoming place and are always focused on providing the training needed to reach goals, in the most friendly, supportive environment!!

I can't recommend Crossfit Fibre enough. Everyone is very welcoming and inclusive. Excellent and caring coaches . Can't recommend enough.

This place thrives on its atmosphere. Super friendly and really well thought out programming makes the workouts challenging, yet everyone finishes with a smile. For those who want to be competition ready, the coaching staff do an excellent job of tailoring programming to competing athletes. Train here if you want constantly variable workouts, a really strong positive environment and to be in a gym environment that has virtually NO EGO.
